God: You were taught to expect that people would misunderstand.
For not just two reasons (as you are aware of right now), but 18. Each of them has a fact, and each of them has a wrong conclusion.
I am going to break each of them. Here are all those “realities” that are not based in MY TRUTH.
- People will not understand you because you are of me. This is a lie because I am the greatest bridge. I fell upon my people and they spoke in the tongues of other nations; being of me actually empowered connection, IT DIDN’T BLOCK IT.
- People will not understand because of your Biblical terminology. Remember that it was not Biblical before it was in the Bible. If you seek to force understanding, you are not helping; but quit viewing the Bible as a wall, those words were meant TO BE A BRIDGE.
- People will not understand because you are too silly. You were taught that you wouldn’t have anyone take you seriously. That is UNTRUE. I made sure you saw that joy is actually influence. The most peaceful person in the room has authority. Joy is not going to remove influence, but in your walk, WILL INCREASE IT.
- People will not understand because you are right and they are wrong. First off, this is arrogant. It is a connection destroyer. It is saying, without saying it, “you are too stupid to understand”. Yet sometimes this is the approach you were taught—“they’re just blind to the truth, so of course they don’t understand!” Did Philip increase confusion? Did Paul debate to increase confusion? If confusion were considered the inevitable end, why would the Holy Spirit seek to guide you into all truth? My guidance increases clarity.
- People will not understand because you are not articulate. Excuse me? Who made your mouth?
- People will not understand because you articulate too much. Excuse me? Who made your mouth? Frankly, you just need to be obedient. If you don’t have to be afraid what you will say, just follow me and let me DO THE TALKING. That is what you are commanded to do anyway, when things get intense. And when things are not intense, I still guide. If I can handle the dire situation, how can I not also handle a regular dinner? Could I not dine with Zaccheus and connect with him, and with “drunkards” and “sinners”?
- People will not understand because they do not want to. Oh. Do I not prepare the heart? Did crowds follow because they did not want to understand? No, not everyone was able to receive, but it wasn’t time for them to either.
- People will not understand because there isn’t enough judgment. Joshua, Jonah was sent ahead of a judgment. And Ninevah repented. The argument that the end of the world must come for people to repent IS LAZY OFFLOADING OF THE CALL I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN. Go to Ninevah. Highways and byways. If you are waiting for judgment, you are Jonah on the hill. Jonah is the parable for the modern passive Christian. Pray that Jonah will understand.
- People will not understand because they are arrogant. Except that I soften the heart. At Pentacost, did I not soften the heart? Do not be so arrogant you think I am too weak to overcome arrogant hearts.
- People will not understand because they don’t have me. Neither did you. How did you come? I called. I am calling them too. Do not put where you were when I called you above where they are when I call THEM. When you do that, YOU ARE SAYING YOU ARE INTRINSICALLY BETTER THAN THEM WITHOUT ME. That is arrogant. I cannot bless a ministry believing that they are the reason THEY CAN MINISTER. I do the work.
- People will not understand because I AM CONFUSING. Sometimes I do speak in riddle. And sometimes I speak through you in a tongue YOU DON’T EVEN UNDERSTAND. Remember that I may make something clear to another, that you haven’t grasped. Ask me for guidance. I have a purpose behind the riddle, and the plain, and the supernatural. Just let me work out my plan. Confusing to you doesn’t mean INCORRECT.
- People will not understand because they lack faith. Except the Roman Centurion. Also, is faith of you? If you think faith is lacking, quit whining. I moved on where faith lacked. Pray, and ask me to guide.
- People will not understand because they lack a good foundation. Oh no. You don’t lay the foundation, I AM THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE. If you try to lay a foundation other than me, you are rejecting the stone that the other builders rejected, AND YOU WILL BE SHOCKED AT HOW THINGS CRUMBLE. I am the chief cornerstone. Not other teaching. Other teaching finds its place with me as the chief cornerstone.
- People will not understand because they hate you. Did the Roman Centurion hate me? Don’t be shocked when people hate you, but don’t be shocked when they love you either.
- People will not understand because you can never fully understand. You will never fully understand my gospel, true. But you can understand, and I am the Author of Understand. I give wisdom. I reveal mystery. This is, again, on me, not on you.
- People will not understand BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND. Except those who did. Again, this is defeatism. Am I coming for a defeated bride? I can bring clarity. And if those who are expected to be least are entering the kingdom before those WHO ARE EXPECTED TO UNDERSTAND… then you must know that I am not working within your expectations.
- People will not understand due to BAD TEACHING. Paul had bad teaching. And he taught badly, and then he met me. I bring understanding. Do you think I am immovable against unsound doctrine? I know what I am doing. Trust in me, MORE THAN CONTRARY DOCTRINE.
- People will not understand because you are THE WRONG MAN. That is inaccurate. I choose who to send. I don’t choose wrong. I choose who I want for the work.
Break those lies in Jesus’s name. Then watch how much understanding I open up to those YOU ARE CALLED TO. Do not be shocked when they enter into aspects of the kingdom you thought you would get to BEFORE THEM. Have the humility to watch me do good to those you are called to.
